Precisely Agentic-Ready Data Awards (ARD Awards) Terms & Conditions
1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Precisely Agentic-Ready Data Awards ("Awards"). By submitting a nomination or entry, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Eligibility
The Awards are open to Precisely customers and their representatives. Submissions must relate to projects, initiatives, or outcomes aligned with the applicable award category.
The following are not eligible:
- Precisely employees and their immediate family members
- Any individual or organization directly involved in judging the Awards
Each use-case or product nomination may be submitted once in each category, unless otherwise permitted. To the extent a use-case or product applies to more than one category, a nomination may be submitted in each category.
3. Submission Requirements
All entries must:
- Be submitted through the official Awards platform
- Be complete and submitted by the published deadline
- Include all required supporting materials
By submitting an entry, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided is accurate, complete, and not misleading
- You have obtained all necessary permissions from third parties (including customers, partners, or data providers)
- The submission does not violate any confidentiality or contractual obligations
4. Use of Submitted Materials (License)
Entrants retain ownership of their submitted materials. By submitting an entry, you grant Precisely a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review and evaluate submissions and use submission content (in whole or in part) for Awards administration, marketing and promotional purposes, and case studies, press releases, and related content.
Precisely will make reasonable efforts to use submission materials in context and provide attribution where appropriate. You acknowledge that inclusion of confidential or sensitive information is at your own risk.
5. Publicity
By participating, entrants agree that Precisely may publish the name of the nominee and organization and reference submission content in Awards-related communications. Shortlisted and winning entrants may be asked to participate in promotional activities and may use the relevant Awards designation or logo, subject to brand guidelines.
6. Data Use & Privacy
Personal data submitted as part of the Awards will be used for administration, evaluation, and communications related to the Awards. All data will be handled in accordance with the Precisely Privacy Policy.
By submitting an entry, you confirm that you have obtained all required consents to share personal data and are authorized to provide such data to Precisely.
7. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Precisely may use automated tools, including AI systems, to support administrative processing of submissions and categorization, summarization, and analysis of entries. AI tools are used to support, not replace, human judgment, and all final decisions are made by human judges.
8. AI-Related Consent
By submitting an entry, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Submission materials may be processed using AI tools for evaluation and analysis
- AI may be used to generate summaries or insights to assist reviewers
- Submission materials will not be used to train general-purpose AI models
9. Judging and Decisions
Entries will be evaluated by a panel of judges based on innovation, business impact, and leadership in building trusted, AI-ready data. All decisions are final, at the sole discretion of Precisely, and not subject to appeal or correspondence.
10. Disqualification
Precisely reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates these Terms, contains false or misleading information, infringes third-party rights, or is deemed inappropriate or not aligned with the spirit of the Awards.
11. Liability
Precisely is not responsible for technical issues affecting submission or lost, delayed, or incomplete entries. To the extent permitted by law, Precisely disclaims liability arising from participation in the Awards, including any reliance on AI-assisted processing or evaluation tools.
12. Modification and Cancellation
Precisely reserves the right to modify these Terms or suspend or cancel the Awards at any time. Updates will be communicated via official Awards channels.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York.
14. General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
